Registration:

Registration for Lace Up 2013: Feel The Splash is now open!

REGISTRATION WILL BE UNTIL AUGUST 9, 2013 OR UNTIL ALL SLOTS ARE FILLED UP.

1. ONLINE registration will be available soon. Registration forms are available at the University of Santo Tomas - 1st floor, Main Building, Faculty of Pharmacy Organization Room (Clinical Pharmacy Society Table) or simply contact Yssa Agapito (09158665661) or Madj Abe (09053192552). 

2. Fill out the registration form with your pertinent details.

3. Pay the registration fee to Yssa Agapito (09158665661) or Aibel Canaco (09277863632).

4. Get the stub after paying the registration fee. (This will serve as your Official Receipt).

5. Present the Official Receipt of your registration to claim your race kit (singlet and bib). For those claiming race kits on behalf of another runner, an authorization letter with a photocopy of ID and the Official Receipt are required.

6. Race kits may be claimed from August 22 to August 23 and August 29 and 30 at University of Santo Tomas- 1st floor, Main Building, Faculty of Pharmacy Organization Room. There will also be on-site claiming of race kits.
