Online Registration for Lace Up 2013: Feel The Splash is now open!

REGISTRATION WILL BE UNTIL AUGUST 9, 2013 OR UNTIL ALL SLOTS ARE FILLED UP.

Just simply follow these steps:

1. All race entries will be based on a first-come first-served basis

2. Payment for online registration will be deposited to any Bank of the Phillipine Islands (BPI) Branch

Account No: 003093-5949-31 Account Name: UST Clinical Pharmacy Society, BPI Savings Account

DEPOSITS MUST BE MADE IN BPI BRANCHES ONLY.

3. The transaction slip would serve as your official receipt.

4. Get a picture of the transaction slip. This will be uploaded in the online form.

6. Don’t forget to upload the transaction slip

7. We will send a confirmation message along with your race number and other details via e-mail/text in less than a week.

8. The transaction slip or the confirmation message can be used to claim the race kits.

9. Once the registration has been processed, there will be no refund of fees.
